Prepare yourself to be completely inundated with cuteness.

I’m talking beautiful babies. In rompers. And sunsuits. Full of peonies, baby animals, and matching headbands! I’m not sure which other buzz words will set off the cuteness alarm like all these mashed together.

I’m so thrilled today to share images from Darling Baby Shop’s Spring/Summer boutique baby clothing collection.  Be sure to read to the end of the post for a coupon code to the shop! When the owner of Darling Baby contacted me last fall to photograph her new clothing line, to say that I was ecstatic would not be hyperbole. Her designs embody all things baby; soft, sweet, tender, and pure, which are all my favorite things to photograph.

First, I’m going to introduce you to the lady behind the shop and then share some of the images from her commercial brand shoot. Read on, friend!

• Tell us about you and your shop in 3 words: Classic. Sweet. Darling.
• What inspired you when creating this collection? Before my daughter was born I had always loved little baby animals and decided to decorate her nursery in a whimsy circus animal theme. While adding the final details to her room, I wanted to buy her a sweet baby fawn outfit to wear home from the hospital. Sadly, I couldn’t find ANYTHING in the market that came close to what I wanted! The dream for my “Baby Animals” collection was born at that moment. Since I can’t draw at all, I worked with a design firm that helped take my dream and turn it into reality via water colored animals that would then be used for my custom fabric prints. This collection has taken well over a year to create, and after the countless days and nights it has taken to get it all just right, I’m so happy to see the final pieces come together and be available for purchase! Definitely a labor of love.
• Do you have a secret talent? What is it? Yes! I can now recite every single line from the movie Frozen after watching it twenty-five-hundred times. My daughter often tells me: “no-no Mommy”. 🙂
• What was your favorite part of partnering with Brea for your brand shoot? Every single part! From the fun ability to tell her my dreams for the shoot, to being a part of the model submission process and seeing all the sweet baby’s faces. My absolute favorite part was knowing that my collection would not only be photographed impeccably and modeled on adorable babies, but also the manner in which she would photograph my pieces. Her eye for detail is unlike any other and really helped me put my best foot forward with launching my brand. 
• What can we look forward to seeing from your shop in the future? Many new floral print pieces, NEW baby animal prints, as well as dresses and other fun patterns for Fall!
