Mother’s Day 2015 is fast approaching. Last year, I offered a very special mini session event capturing mothers with their greatest joy; their children. The Pure Love Mommy&Me sessions were a wonderful success… so much so that instead of one day of sessions, I had to offer a second full day of sessions, all of which were purchased within 20 minutes and some mamas left on the waiting list.

The sessions were pure and sweet and all about the interaction between mama and her babies. No props or fussiness… Just a perfectly white room filled with one mama, her children, and the sound of giggles and laughter while we spent a few minutes together stopping time and creating a few images to last a lifetime. They danced, and tickled, and snuggled. I was honored to make the kind of art that made my mamas cry happy, joyful, thankful tears. But not neccesarily thankful for me and my images, though I’m sure there was that too!, just mamas so truly thankful for the blessing of their babies. For the blessing of Motherhood.

For 2015, I will be offering a very limited number of Pure Love Mommy&Me mini sessions and these will follow right in line with the sessions last year. They will occur the weekend of May 2nd at my Everett studio. I anticipate these session times to go very, very quickly and then they will be sold out. I will announce booking information (when/how to secure your session) on Saturday, April 11th, 2015 over on my Facebook page. Bookings will not actually open that day, just the information about when you will be able to book and how to go about booking will be announced (trying to be as fair as possible!) at that time.
