Your Photo Session with Brea
Here at Brea Bursch – Photographer, Brea works her hardest to create your treasured memories. This useful timeline will help you to better understand what to expect before, during, and after your photo session.
Before Your Session
4-6 Weeks
The inquiry process and pre-consultation! By email, Brea shares helpful information, including pricing, process, and what to expect. She will confirm a date and then send you a portrait contract to fill out online with all the details most important to you for capturing the best images possible. Once your contract is submitted your session fee will also need to be remitted to secure your session.
2-7 Days
Brea will be popping you a quick email to confirm all the details from your pre-consultation. We touch on wardrobe, location, and props one last time. We will also address any last questions or concerns that you my have.
Day of Your Session
When you arrive at the scheduled time of your photo session you and Brea will get to know each other. Prepare for a wonderful time during your photo session. The Pacific Northwest offers a variety of locations and your location has been carefully selected to fit your family’s style and personalities. Get ready for some fun and an experience you and your family will never forget.
After Your Session
1-7 Days
A handful of Brea’s favorite images from your photo session will be posted as a sneak peek here in the blog or on social media pages. All your images will be backed up and the retouching portion of your professional photographic services will begin.
2-4 Weeks
Your digital images will be perfected and ready for you to enjoy! Please expect an email from Brea with the download link for all of your images. Be sure to back up your images in at least 2 (ideally more!) places to ensure their safety. At this time any image products, art, or card orders will be designed and placed.
2-5 Weeks
Your custom image products from your photo session that have been especially designed for you and your loved ones will be on their way directly to you! It is always fantastic receiving these wonderfully and lovingly designed products or cards.
5-6 Weeks
Your artwork, albums, and Keepsake Films are ready! At this time Brea can also provide a client care card upon request which help ensure a long life for your precious heirlooms. Caring for your heirloom items will help to make sure that they are available to your loved ones for decades to come so that they can be properly cherished (and ultimately fought over!) by all in your family.
